MemberShip

Entrance fees and first quarterly subscription will be requested when submitting the application for Membership to the Main Committee. Applicants will then be admitted as PROVISIONAL MEMBERS upon receipt of the Entrance fee and one quarter’s subscription.

Classes of Membership open to applicants, with age requirements if any, Entrance Fees and Subscriptions are given below:

DISTANT (Resident more than 200 kilometres from Naivasha)

SINGLE	over 18	Ksh. 12,500	Ksh. 5,000	Ksh. 1,250

OVERSEAS DISTANT (three years postage payable in advance for members leaving the country and wishing to receive newsletters)

NOTE

1. Every applicant must be proposed and seconded by two Full Members, each of at least 12 months standing and to both of whom the applicant must be personally known.

2. Family membership includes husband, wife and children in full time education.
Single membership is for single people and includes dependent children in full time education.

3. A Special Temporary member must be vouched for by a member of the committee, in addition to the Proposer and Seconder.

4. The Disclaimer must be read and understood.

5. The Parent’s or Guardian’s permission section must be signed for those applying for cadet or group membership.

7. Group Membership is intended for Schools. The subscription covers a maximum number of 8 cadets and may be increased for higher numbers will be permitted. Principals of Schools should sign an undertaking that written permission will be obtained from all parents.
