Annual General Meeting - 3rd June

As you know the AGM is to be held on 3rd June, at Braeburn School on Gitanga Road at 6.30 pm. Although we have already got a number of brave souls ready to stand for election, anyone who would be interested in joining the Committee would be very welcome indeed. Please do let me know if you might be willing to stand – we can discuss by email what it might involve and the areas where we would especially welcome some more input. Don’t worry if you don’t know much about how the Club runs – it’s not too hard to learn about and your skills, whatever they are, are sure to be useful.

There are some resolutions for the AGM which are below – please read them carefully. Even if you can’t attend the AGM you may appoint someone who is going to attend to vote on your behalf by proxy. You are also welcome to send me your views by email before the meeting, as we would wish as far as possible to take account of the members’ opinions.

Cilla White, Commodore 08-09
